§ 13-34. Transport of hazardous or toxic products.

Latest version.

All persons engaged in transporting hazardous or toxic products or hazardous wastes shall do so in such a manner to prevent leakage or spillage. No person shall allow any hazardous or toxic materials to leak, spill or drop from any vehicle. Industrial or commercial establishments operating in the county shall notify the county public health unit as well as fire and law enforcement agencies by telephone or in person prior to hazardous wastes being transported away from their establishment.
