§ 17-102. Review of fees.

  • The fee schedule contained in section 17-100(a) hereof shall be reviewed by the board of county commissioners in light of actual costs of land acquisition and park improvements, on or before two (2) years from July 31, 1994, and every two (2) years thereafter; provided that a failure to commence or complete such a review shall not invalidate this article nor shall such failure entitle any feepayer to a refund. The sole effect of such a failure shall be the opportunity of feepayers paying thereafter to demonstrate the obsolescence of the cost data on which the fee is then based. No existing trust fund balance shall be impaired or abrogated by any such failure.
