§ 19-153. Administration; disposition of proceeds.

(a)

The tax shall be administered, collected and enforced in accordance with Section 212.054(4), Florida Statutes. The proceeds of this surtax shall be distributed entirely to the county in accordance with the interlocal agreement between the county and municipalities located within the county.

(b)

The sales tax proceeds shall be used for the following purposes:

(1)

All capital costs associated with the closure of the existing county solid waste facility located on Old Kings Road in the county, including preparation of the closed site for a future use.

(2)

The proceeds and interest of the surtax may be used for the purposes set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
