A uniform system of numbering buildings and properties utilizing a standardized system
for the assignment of address numbers and roadway names to buildings and properties
with access from officially named roadways within the unincorporated areas of the
county, identified by the title "Property Numbering Maps" and maintained by the division
of emergency services, is hereby adopted for use in the unincorporated areas of the
county. The numbering system and all explanatory matter thereon and related thereto
are hereby adopted and incorporated in this article by reference.
