§ 26-5. Operation of spotlights and similar devices from vehicle on right-of-way.

It is unlawful to shine or operate spotlights, handheld lights, flashlights or similar devices from an automobile or vehicle operated or located on a road right-of-way owned or maintained by the state, the United States or the county.
