§ 2-101. Responsibility of board of commissioners to make appointments.

The board of county commissioners has the responsibility to make appointments to various advisory boards, committees, and councils under its jurisdiction. Any such appointment is at the discretion of the board and the board may rescind such an appointment with or without cause in its sole discretion.
