Ordinance No. 91-2, § 2, adopted Feb. 18, 1991, repealed Ord. No. 90-7, adopted July 2, 1990, in its entirety. Consequently, § 5.4 pertaining to marine sea turtle protection was repealed since it derived from §§ 1, 2, of Ord. No. 90-7. Substantive provisions pertaining to marine sea turtle protection are included in Article VI of App. C, Land Development Code.
